Westgate Vineyard - Grampians

Westgate has been home to the Dalkin family since the property was selected by Matthew Dalkin in the 1860’s. Bruce Dalkin, fifth generation, and his wife Robyn first planted there vines 1969 and since then the fruit has been sought by local vignerons (Mount Langi and Seppelt) to produce some of the districts finest wines.

A small winery was built on the Westgate property and in 1999 a vignerons license was granted allowing the Dalkins to make a small quantity of wine under the Westgate Vineyard label.
